Can someone tell me how much the prepaid gratuity would be on a 7 day Caribbean cruise for the select dining option?

Same as regular suggested gratuities which are $12 total per day if you are in Concierge Class and I believe $11:50 other cabins.

Attached is a letter that was distributed on the Equinox last month. It is for another Celebrity Cruise, but you can probably find/expect similar correspondence tied to your reservation (where you prepay if you want) and distributed to you once on the ship.
