nycruise Posted October 17, 2009 #1 Share Posted October 17, 2009 If I cancel a cruise and re-book the same cruise for the very next sailing, is that considered a cancellation or do they leave the current deposit intact and just apply it to the new sailing? This is all prior to final payment.

As it was the same cruise line there was no problem transferring it over.
1cruiselvr Posted October 17, 2009 #3 Share Posted October 17, 2009 The first cruise will be cancelled and the new cruise will be booked. You will get a new booking number. I'm not sure about the deposit. I've always paid by credit card, which in the case, the card would be credited for the cancelled cruise deposit amount and recharged for the new cruise deposit. You will have to make sure all special requests are transferred over to the new booking as well since it's a brand new booking. Happy Sailing!
