Sigyn Posted October 17, 2009 #1 Share Posted October 17, 2009 We are trying to determine which cruise line we will book for a 2010 cruise to Alaska. HAL has great quality food and service, from the reviews I read, but what about the options for children age 2? My son will be too young for their children's club. So are there valid babysitting options? I have read about employees babysitting in their off time and that seems kind of questionable to me. Any thoughts? Would you cruise HAL with a two year old, or opt for NCL instead? Thanks.

It's somewhat unclear on HAL's webpage if they offer babysitting services for a two year old. If so, it's on a voluntary and limited basis, as a crew member must be available to do so.
