upsell fairy and TA

Does the upsell fairy only call people booked directly with NCL or does she call a TA also?

 

I guess I'm asking if my TA would get the call or would I?

 

When does she start calling? My cruise is a month from tomorrow (YAY!)

The upsell fairy will call your TA. I know this from a personal experience a few cruises back!

 

 

(Perhaps I should change that WILL to CAN -- mine did, but some folks have said they think their TA's might not have called them to give the upsell messages.)

If you are booked with a TA then IF they call they will call the TA, many TA's are registered with their upsell program and they can also call NCL upsell desk.

They will NOT call you direct. The call goes to the TA, who then must take the call, and then call you.
