Any Ideas on A Barhopping Tour in San Juan

We will be in San Juan on 11.9.09 which will be the night before our St Thomas wedding. We wanted to go out barhopping for me and my fiance's bachelor/bachelorette parties. Carnival offered this tour but it's booked.. We have a group of like 10 ppl who would be going with us. If we can't find anything we'll just wait til we get off the ship and hopefully they'll be vendors waiting at the dock. Anyone have any ideas??? Thanks in advance.

up to Fortelaza and there are lots of bars and restaurants right there for you to part at. There is a Sr. Frogs close to the pier if you want to magarita till you get sick. About 10 minute walk.

in about 10 minutes to Fortaleza st. where there are lots of bars and restaurants and close by is a Sr. Frogs. No need to go all the way to Condado area which is a cab ride about 20 minutes away.

I agree. There are lots of neat places in old San Juan to party. Nuyorican Cafe is great - different bands - jazz, salsa etc. Rhumba Club for salsa. And as posted lots of other neat places tucked in here and there.

 

Not sure if you will find a "tour" right off the ship for bar hopping.

 

I would research on my own - lots of stuff here on CC and then perhaps book a taxi/van and give them YOUR itinerary/choices. JMO tho.

Thanks guys. I know carnival had a tour where you visit many different clubs/bars. I just have a fear of us all getting drunk and losing track of time and missing the boat.
