bow room on valor question?

We have booked the very first room on deck 8 (room #8202) on the Valor. Very excited about the balcony but keep reading about feeling increased movement in the front of the ship. DH nor myself have issues with motion sickness with other things but have not been on a cruise before. The more I think about it the more nervous I get. Any info on this room, anyone been in it? How was the motion, any noise? Any info would be great.

Thank you,

You will probably get more wind being at the very front, from what Iv read, then balconies further aft. Was that your only choice on the deck? More middle less motion. The motion still probably wouldnt be that bad, we were very front Lido once and it only bothered me one time when I leaned over, no other times. If the seas get rough, you will feel it and your bed will rock you to sleep.

Enjoy and dont worry.
