New Manzanillo Port ?

Anyone have any info on whether or not Carnival is using the new port or still using the commercial port.:confused::confused:

Just got back and no new pier yet. Quick trip into town on the nice bus and cost $4 round trip. Easy and it was kinda cool to be in the middle of all the containers...ok call me wierd.

 

Where you get off the bus they set up a little table and help you to secure a taxi and also to set the rate ahead of time. We went to Playa Audiencia and it was $12 to get there. Nice little beach with alot of locals and some rentals including jet skis and party boats that go on short trips. Nice local families and beer and delicious pina coladas.

 

Shopping along the main street across where you get dropped off and also along the side streets. You can also walk 5 blocks in to the local market...we didn't do that as it was really hot and we are not big shoppers.

 

Have fun cause it really is a nice little town.
