Need Help!!!!!which deck on Glory

We girls are taking it to the sea....need advice on Riveria or Main (I noticed galley above Main right where the rooms are....has anyone stayed on Main ? do you hear the galley? thanks

I dont think Id pick right below the kitchen part, but I would stay below the dining room itself (and have).

 

I dont see a whole lot of difference between deck 1 or deck 2.

We were placed right under the galley on Main Deck on our first cruise and I was skeptical, but we ended up not being able to hear a peep and loved the location. Have booked identical location on the following cruises as well, I'm not sure if it's under a cooler or what, but we haven't heard a thing.

 

In retrospect, I'd rather gamble on the galley than run the risk of hearing anchors being dropped/hoisted and engine room noises/vibrations being on Riviera (which I've read several times).

I stayed on the 'Main" deck this past September. Stayed in room 2408 and there wasn't any issues..... very quiet! I would recommend this room! :)
