Anyone Toured with Rudolff Alli?

In reading a recent review by a cc'er, she mentioned that they had used Rudolff Alli as a private tour guide in Willemsted and highly recommended him. We will be on the Zuiderdam's Jan 12th cruise and would like to know if there is any way to contact Rudolff prior to arrival.
