Hi,

Do cabins have powerpoints (and if so do we need adapters from UK to other plugs) to charge ipods?

Do fridges have room for wine bottles?

Is there an iron or powerpoint for it?

 

Very demanding, sorry...any responses appreciated.

Yes they do have powerpoints but you will need an adaptor for UK appliances as the power on ship is 110 volts 60 cycles. Irons are strictly forbidden due to safety restrictions, there are irons and boards available in the laundry rooms on each deck free for use. Fridges are small undercounter models that will hold a few wine bottles.

If by curling tongs you are referring to something that can be used to curl ones hair, these are fine. You just cannot have a clothing iron (but as someone posted these are available in the laundry room).

On most ships there is one set of two outlets on the desk and an outlet specifically for razors in the bathroom. We usually bring a power strip in order to be able to add additional outlet space.

ask for a wine bucket and they will keep it filled with ice for cooling your wine
