Eden Rock Dive Ctr/Sunset House w/lots of ships in port

The pics and info regarding these two snorkeling areas look wonderful. However, there will be lots of ships in port the day we're in GC and I'm envisioning an exorbitant number of snorkelers and divers in these areas.

Would like to know if others have snorkeled here under similar circumstances.

Cemetery Beach sounds good also, but I'm a bit afraid of snorkeling in low water and having to leave my personal belongings on the beach (outside of stuff in my waterproof waist pack).

  • 2 weeks later...

We just were in Grand Cayman last week and snorkeled at Sunset House. We are a family of 5 and were the only ones out there along with 2 scuba divers, it was great!! When we passed Eden rock we saw a group of about 20 or 30 going in. We walked and it isn't to bad in length, but alot of the way there is no sidewalks and it made me a bit nervous, you might want to take a taxi, it can't cost very much.
