Barbados boardwalk

Does anyone know how far the boardwalk is from the port? The pictures that I found of the boardwalk look like it would be an interesting place to visit.

From the cruise terminal (port), it is quite a good walk. On the map, below the Accra Hotel and stop before the Hilton. From the Hilton, by foot, you're not downtown yet. Early morning, could be done. Otherwise, I would suggest to think about a cab as a 'return option'.

The boardwalk looks lovely, Please confirm if my understanding is correct.

We could take a taxi to the Hilton walk then walk the full length of the boardwalk back to towards Accra Beach and Bridgetown and then either catch a cab downtown or continue walking. Thanks for any help.
