snorkler Posted December 6, 2009 #1 Share Posted December 6, 2009 Two years ago we were on the Westerdam and we took a taxi over to Governors Beach and had a couple of hours of snorkeling. It was great because there were only a handfull of people there. At that time the beach area was undergoing some development and we wondered what it would be like next time we came back. We will be on the Noordam in January and I see that the ship has an excursion that goes to Governors Beach for snorkeling! Has anyone been there lately, and what was it like? It looked like the ship had 4 different times listed for people to go on a little tour and then to Governors Beach to snorkel. Maybe this nice little beach isnt so nice anymore??
topspot Posted December 6, 2009 #2 Share Posted December 6, 2009 Here's a thread with the info you are looking for. We just came back from Grand Turk, but we did a dive with Blue Water Divers. They also do snorkel trips too. Enjoy your cruise. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1081307
