12/5/09 Spirit reversing course back to San Diego?

I posted the same question to the Roll Call thread for this cruise and here's what I learned from another poster:

Essentially, it appears to have been a medical situation. The ship just departed the pier moments ago.

Let me guess. An Overweight, Non-compliaint, diabetic, smoker, with having chest pains???

 

Not always, when I was on the Pride last year someone fell and broke an ankle and had to be taken off the ship in Cabo, so it could be for any reason. Justl like the Captain of the Splendor last week had a heart attack, and by the way, he is not overweight or a smoker.
