I am sick and tired...

Ok New Yorkers

Trying to remember an old time restaurant.

It was a German beer garden type place (a chain I believe). there was one right in the theater district right near the Palace Theater.

I want to say WeinerWald or something like that and it was painted bright green.

It always reminded me of the place Rat took Stacy on their date in "Fast Times at Ridgemont High"

OMG you just took me back a few years! There was a Wienerwald in midtown - probably somewhere around Times Square. It was part of the Austrian chain that still exists. Very cheesy place!

Ah such memories...

Friend of mine has nothing but praise for Blue Water Grille....

speaking of indian... there's a block or 2 of wall to wall indian restaurants on Lexington Ave... from about 33rd to 30th... (I don't really like Indian... but I see them from my bus on the way home...)

Since I was there in 1997, I'm thinking not.

It seems this screen name you're currently using is as well received as your banned Zydecocruiser screen name.

Perhaps you should resurrect CarnCovelover for a while?

Don't forget about TGI Fridays and the 32 pieces of flair each server wears :D

I'm surprised I forgot that one ... actually two ... now that I think about it. I walk past them every danged day.

I will say this ... the Hawaiian Tropic Zone, though not my normal ambiance, has good wings.

Not the best... by a long shot... but I always end up here for some reason or another.

and of course, after your meal in Chinatown... a quick touch up is always good... (that's not me... )

My mother's maiden name was Ferrara. Unfortuneately no relation to this restaurant or the bakery. :(

Zum Zum! I used to love going to them when I got to go with dad to work.

Imagine my surprise finding one in Mazatlan back in the 90's

I think there was a Horn and Hardart in Cross County Center?
