Late Night Transportation

We will not be arriving in San Juan until after 11:00 p.m. I figured by the time we get our luggage it would be about midnight. Do any one know what the transportation to hotels are like that time of night? Will cabs still be available, or is transportation limited? Thanks.

You should have no problem finding transportation from the airport to the hotels late at night. You will find a taxi stand right outside the baggage carousel area. They make a note of your destination, number of passengers, etc., and will direct you to an available cab. The cab fares are at a set rate from the airport, fees are based on what "zone" you are traveling to. It is helpful to have the name and address of your hotel written down on a slip of paper to hand to the cab driver, just in case of communication problems.
