breezepark Posted December 12, 2009 #1 Share Posted December 12, 2009 After all the posts about trouble with the website and booking excursions, just wanted to report a positive experience. 180 days out the booking link appeared, all the excursions were there with times, and booking was a breeze - even able to book 2 excursions in some ports with the very helpful "graying out" system in the software showing which would fit the time frame. Travelcat2 Posted December 12, 2009 #2 Share Posted December 12, 2009 Finally some positive feedback about the computer system! We were able to book Alaska excursions on November 26th (180 days out). The only glitch is that one port was missing. This probably wasn't a computer problem -- some of the excursions may not have been finalized. The port did appear a week or so later. . . . all is well!
