Helicopter ride - which is better - Big Island, Maui or Kauai?

Sailing on the Island Princess in April. My family and I want to try a helicopter ride! Where is the best place to take a ride - Big Island, Maui or Kauai? :confused:

 

And which operator do you recommend? Lastly, how hard is it to get to heliport if you book directly with helicopter operator?

I'm doing Kauai in 10 days through Safari Air. They're picking us up at the pier. There are several operators to choose from but Safari's internet special of $139.00 for an hour was impossible to beat. I'll let you know how it was when I return.
