HI there, I am also going on the Spirit leaving on Mar.3.

There is a lot of info on each of the ports if you just put them into the search box on this site.

In Acapulco we are planning to use a combination of walking to nearby sites and taking local taxis to see:

cliff divers,main square,Diego Rivera mural,Las Flamingos hotel(for drink/snack etc) and the Fort San Diego which is right across from the cruise terminal.

In Xihua we are planning a beach day.

In Manzanillo you really need a tour to get away from the busy industrial port. We have booked a private one to some small villages and the volcanoes etc.but have not had to pay anything yet.

We used the pink ladies. Olga was our guide and she was great. We saw the cliff divers and drove all over then went to the flamigo hotel. This is the oldest hotel on the island and has amazing tamales. The pink ladies will taylor your day to whatever you want to see and do. They are located outside the cruise terminal area in the parking lot. I highly recommend them.
