Who is CD on the Sapphire Now?

Last month it was Richard Joseph, who is great, but I think he rotates off the Sapphire sometime in January, just don't know the precise date.

2 years ago on the Golden, we had a big switch with the Princess dancers and singers right in the middle of our sailing on January 1. But the Cruise Director remain the same throughout our cruise. I don't know if they switch CDs after our sailing.

 

2 weeks ago, the CD was Richard Joseph. Best post your question again next week when the people who were on the Jan. 2 sailing returns.

Richard Joseph was CD last week and I think he said something about being on-board until April.

Richard Joseph is IMHO one of the very best CD's. Not only that but he reads and posts on Cruise Critic. He's VERY experienced, having been involved with cruising and ships since he was a kid. He's even helped design them. He tends to fill in on ships where the regular CD is on vacation. According to his website, he'll be on the Sapphire until the end of January.

I hope he will be on for the January 30 cruise. I have heard great things about him but we have never been on a ship with him.

Per his web site, Jan. 30 he leaves the ship.
