"My Time" dining on Conquest

We have cruised with Carnival several times, but I am now seeing a dining option called "My Time". Is this available on the Conquest? I assume that it is like the Anytime Dining on Princess. We have just booked a last minute cruise for the 24th of this month:D, so I haven't done my research this time. Thanks in advance!

You can select your dining time... anywhere from 5:45 to 9:30!!

Is it in one dining room or isit in both dining rooms both levels?

It was in the dining room mid deck, upper level when Iv been on Conquest.
