So this information reaches any with interest I'm posting a new thread, but it is mainly for all those nice folks on Silver Shadow Voyage 3004 or 3004B.

If you are visiting Pearl Harbor the MIGHTY MO awaits at Battleship Row. She just came out of an eighteen million dollar and 12 week dry dock. consisting of hull repainting and repair. She is expected to have a formal reopening on Jan. 30.

As a side... my shorest "cruise" was a half-day roundtrip on the SS Indepence (America-Hawaii Cruises) from Aloha Tower to Pearl Harbor before she began her weekly Hawaii service. It was the offical rebirth of BOAT DAY when locals turned out to wish Aloha to arriving and departing passenegrs on Matson liners.
