suggestions for private tours in the Baltic?

I am trying to line up a private tour for my family of four for next July in the following cities: Tallinn, Helsinki, Stockholm, and Kiel.

 

Can anyone send me in the direction of good companies that you had luck wtih in the Baltic?

For Stockholm, we considered a private tour, but found the cost to be very high. The guides in Stockholm (and for other cities such as Copenhagen) are unionized and the hour rate is around $100 an hour, plus, plus. Through their tourism office website you can get a list of the guides and can contact them. They seems very nice and good. BUT, those costs add up and there is the question of whether it was worth spending that much in a city where you can do much on your own. We did a ship tour to the Vasa and a few other sites. Then the rest on our own. The boat tour around the islands that we caught right in front of the Royal palace worked well and was very interesting. Got lots of good pictures in Stockholm as you can sample below.
