bjkTX Posted January 9, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 9, 2010 If you hadn't done so already you might want to check on the Ports of Call board where those places are listed and people are discussing things to do. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=

KEG21552 Posted January 17, 2010 #6 Share Posted January 17, 2010 the best excursion we have ever done is the 12 meter regatta in St. Marteen. We have done it 3 times and headed for our 4th in February. If you like an active excursion, this is the one. You will actually sail the boats under the watchful eye of the captain. My favorite all time excursion Karen
Drummond Creek Posted January 17, 2010 #7 Share Posted January 17, 2010 Orient Bay and the Regatta are both excellent. You can't go wrong with either unless you have a problem with wrinkly old people walking by you in the buff. (then stay away from Orient Bay)
loopdloops Posted January 17, 2010 #8 Share Posted January 17, 2010 i also say do bernards at st martin. as for grand turks there isnt a lot to do. There are a few shops and the beach. If u like to snorkel than u are in good shape. we snorkeled right off the beach and saw quite a few fish. We brought some corn flakes off the ship and the fish came right up to us to eat. We just swam to where the water gets pretty dark, but it wasnt a hard swim.
