contacting an employee

I would like to send an email to the art auctioneer from my latest cruise. He was very helpful and really went out of his way to help me. How do I contact him? I do have his first and last name. TIA

Only one way I know of to try. Email yourshipsname@princesscruises.com (insert the ship he is/was on in the place of 'yourshipsname')

 

In the subject line, put Message for: Art Auctioneer/His full name name

 

And your message in the message section. It used to work when you did this, as long as you knew their name and the department they worked in.
