maps to drive in St. Martin ?

I posted a question in the port of calls section, but didn't get any replies. any one know where to find maps of St. Martin ? We are thinking of renting a car for the day we are there.

Most rental companies provide maps of the area.

If you want something in advance, get a guidebook on your ports---lots more info, PLUS maps!

The roads there don't really have street names per say - so you'll have to be good at figuring out things based on landmarks and knowing your general direction.

We got a map right at the rental agency. Not that many roads, we basically drove in one big circle.

We are thinking of doing the same thing during our stop at St. Martin next month. Try this site: www (dot) sint-maarten (dot) net If you click on either "Island Info" or "Directions" there are additional links to maps. It's the best we've found so far.
