Liqour stores in Old San Juan

Can anyone suggest a liquor store in old san juan that is within walking distance from the piers and not the one inside the pier? I'm looking for a supermarket or grocery store that sells liquour.

You won't have a problem finding a liquor store in old San Juan but don't bring any liquor on the ship. They will confiscate it then bring it to you the last nite of the cruise.

Actually, from the reports of recent Victory Cruisers, it is happening much more often lately as in all the time. It appears that Carnival has changed their "could care less" attitude about brining liquer on board in the San Juan terminal.

Depending on how good a walker you are, there gotta be between 10 and 1000 liquor stores near the piers in SJ. If dey ain't selling jewelry, they sellin booze!:D:D RUM is CHEAP!!
