Booking a cruise from Europa

I can not book my Carnival cruise from Europe through internet. Only Americans can book through it. Strange?!

Can I book it through Expedia or some other travel booking site?

 

When I ask about the prices of the cruises from my local travel agency, they give me approx. 250$ more expensive prices than I see online at carnival.com.

 

How the other European cruisers have booked their cruises?

Prices will be different for residents of different countries. Suggest you find a local travel agent and book. Good luck!
