Which pier do you dock?

How do I know which pier we will be docking at? I believe there are two piers in Coz correct?

 

Does each cruiseline have their own or just which ever pier is available? I can't remember even though I have been to Coz twice and honestly I don't know if I was at the same place or not. :confused:

Cozumel has three piers serving cruise ships.

 

The Punta Langosta pier is located in downtown San Miguel

The International pier is a few miles south of San Miguel

The Puerta Maya pier is located just south of the International pier.

 

Carnival uses the Puerta Maya pier for the first two ships calling. On days when three or more Carnival ships call the others will dock at a different pier or tender.

Don't put too much into any of the "official" sites.

 

Every site I had checked leading up to our cruise last week, said we were docking at Puerta Maya. (even the official Puerta Maya site)

 

When we arrived at Cozumel on Thursday, another Carnival ship and a Costa ship were at Puerta Maya, we docked at the International Pier next to the Freedom of the Seas.

 

I have no idea which ships were docked in town at Punta Langosta.
