Carnival Splendor "OS" Suite or "SS" Spa Suite ?

Hey Guys,

Just a quick question about the Splendor Suite Cabins. I have a OS Suite midship booked at this time and must say that I am happy with it. I did notice that 3 of the 4 Spa Suites are still for sale but would cost me an extra $300 total to make the jump.. While I DOOOO like to pamper myself at times at the Spa during my times away from that grubby jail:D, I don't know if it would be worth the extra $ as the second person in my cabin will be my young son (He's 10) and I doubt he would be able (Or interested) in anything the spa would offer ? Has anyone here stayed in Either the regular or Spa Suites on the Splendor and have any opinion on either ? Thanks for you advice and have a great day..:) Kurt

I think it would cost you about $250 to add Spa privileges just for yourself during the Cruise. I think it would be a much cheaper option than booking the Spa suite.

 

I loved the Spa...one of the quietest places on the ship, and it was nice to get away from the crowds.

It is around 150.00 to add the week for the spa however i was told they book up really fast and you cannot purchase the spa package until you are on board..I did the spa cabin in July my husband loves it..I booked in Nov. and the prices keep going up...good luck and happy travels..lisa

Thanks Ladies :-). I am content where I am. But it is a question worth asking. I assume the Spa Cabins have some upgraded Freebies ? Thanks again..
