Prosciutto, thinly sliced cheeses, and the like but the BEST was the crab cakes. Delicious!!!!

There is a small charge for each tapas. The guacomole tapas was excellent!

I have seen a menu for all of the other eateries on the Oasis. Does Vintages have a tapas "menu" that can be had before we cruise?

We liked the cod and ham "croquetas", the "jamon serrano" and "manchego cheese".

Just got off Navigator 4 nite cruise, spent time in Vintages every nite. We had the Tapas, we were never charged, we asked the first nite and was told it was free. It usually was thin sliced salami, olives, cheese, marinated zucchini and eggplant, and a plate of toasted italian bread slices too. We enjoyed it!

Probably because the Vintages Wine Bar/Restaurant is an upscale place and the upscale restaurants onboard Oasis are not free, and probably never will be. Unlike Navigator and the other Voyager Class and Freedom Class ships that offer Vintages, the tapas onboard Oasis is priced per item and it a cut above the rest. Not just olives, bread and sliced salami. A whole new experience.

Large menu for Tapas on Oasis at Vintages and no prices. Table next to us ordered 5 items and they all looked delicious.

The tapas were good. Not great. Not authentic. Good. Nice variety. I live in the Washington, DC area, and we have some very good tapas restaurants (Jaleo, La Tasca, etc.). This was not up to par, but very good and a perfect lunch. We had several tapas and two wine flights each for lunch and it was lovely.

I'm on the Oasis right now. The reason they can cook such nice tidbits is that there's a galley back there next to Giovanni's. They have a fairly large menu and all are delicious. I loved the guac as well!

I looked at the menu last week while on board and it was pretty extensive and the prices were not too bad either. We will be trying this out in May. Just so many places to dine on board that it's hard to make all places.
