jjdjcruisers Posted January 20, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2010 Ok, so the other day I read a post that I just can't get out of my head. It was a post about the first thing you do when you board the ship, and I read that some people "reserve" pool chairs for the next day. Isn't this frowned upon? Seems a little unfair to those who abide by rules.
Arwenmark Posted January 20, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 20, 2010 Yes it is frowned upon and you couldn't do it anyway, they clean up the pool area at night and often lock down chairs. People should totally ignore anything left on chairs to "reserve" them and just move the junk and take the seat if the person has not shown their face in 30 min. Don't worry about it. cb at sea Posted January 20, 2010 #3 Share Posted January 20, 2010 You can't "reserve" a chair....all you can do is "hog" it! When you need a pool lounger, go find one. Don't wake at dawn to 'hog' a chair that you won't use until noon!
G'ma Posted January 20, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 20, 2010 Agreed. Towels or not, saving lounge chairs isn't permitted. If you can't find a chair where you want to be and there are unoccupied lounges, wait about 30 minutes then remove the items and give them to the deck hands. Too bad about those who might be upset. They aren't allowed to do it. Period....no exceptions. Same with seats in the show lounge...no saving there either.
