Sure is, you can feel free to add all that you would like. I am sure the bar staff would appreciate it. Remember if you add it to the bill it will be split among all the bar staff. If you wish to give extra to a special bar tender if you pass along cash it goes only to that employee.

Are you saying that all of the bar staff splits the tips evenly? I was under the assumption that they kept whatever they sold. That is why I usually only order from my favorite servers throughout the cruise. I usually do tip additional to them at the end of the cruise too but I thought they were getting all of the 15% from me throughout the week.

Bar tips are pooled just like other gratuities. That's one reason I usually tip a little extra in cash.....they can keep the cash.

You are correct.......we always use the same bar servers as they told us they get 100% of the tip......bartenders pool.....bar servers don't....
