How Long Do They Hold Reservations?

Without going through the entire message board and a question I hadn't seen asked (if anyone knows), if someone HAS made a reservation and they don't bother to show up or cancel it, how long does the specialty restaurant hold the reservation before it releases it to anyone waiting?

 

Just wondering.

15 minutes is the norm, if they have people waiting.

Typically, a conventional restaurant will hold the reservation for at least 15 minutes. If a party arrives later than that, they will make every effort to seat them, but there may very well be a wait.

 

I imagine the specialty restaurants on board would work the same way.
