Diamond Alaska Cruise Classrooms

I remember on my last Alaska Cruise was on the Island and they had classes on the ship, some for Photo Shop, Scrapbooking, Gourmet Cooking, etc.

 

Can you tell me if the Diamond offer classes and if so, do you remember what the classes were?

They seem to run the same classes on most ships (especially on cruises with the same destinations).

 

For example - every ship I have been on on Princess has had a cooking demonstration followed by a tour of the galley, usually on the last sea day.
