Concierge on the Jewel in March

I had Carlos as concierge on the Jewel in Dec. He was very good. He was in Cagney's at breakfast and lunch for anything you needed and he came around to the cabins in the late afternoon to see if you needed anything. He was also available for prority tenders and we got off quickly at the end of our trip due to Carlos taking us to the front of the line.

Hope that it is still Carlos--he is the concierge now. He is fantastic--he knows how to provide just the level of attention/service that you desire. We are low maintenance and don't like to deal with a lot of interference--but we truly enjoyed our interactions with him and his assistance. Others who utilize a lot more of his services find him equally helpful. He is simply a very nice person too and seems genuinely committed to ensuring that you get what you need and enjoy yourself.
