Insurance not with cruiseline

Recommended Posts

If you have purchased insurance with a travel agency, not with the cruise line, and cancel your cruise how does the insurance part of it work?? Would you get reimbursement from the insurance company?? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Yes the reimbursement should come from the Ins. Co. When this happened to us even though we had booked with a TA the Ins. Co dealt directly with me by phone and mail... it was handled very quickly and easily...However the TA agency you worked with may handle it differently but should explain the process to you thoroughly..Good Luck !!
