Tiggertastic Posted January 31, 2010 #3 Share Posted January 31, 2010 We have a small sealable bag on a cord http://www.over-board.co.uk/catalog//bwaterproof-bags-and-casesb/technology-cases/phone-cases/index.30_43_53.html This is what it looks like, quite small but works for us. SLODGE Posted February 1, 2010 #5 Share Posted February 1, 2010 i've been looking too. Which ones did you buy?
Rare broberts Posted February 1, 2010 #6 Share Posted February 1, 2010 You can use a good quality ziplock bag. The freezer ones are made of heavier plastic and have a double seal. At the other end of the scale are products like those found at the link posted by Tigertastic or here. In all cases you need to put desiccant (e.g. Silica Gel) packs in the containers before you seal them. This will help to prevent condensation from damaging the contents. You can buy desiccant at many pharmacies and camera stores or online at the above link or here

capasamari Posted February 1, 2010 #8 Share Posted February 1, 2010 When we did river tubing, we left our bags on the minibus and the driver met us with them at the other end of the river. Dave took his waterproof camera and took photos as we went down. You don't need much money anyway, just some for a tip and a souvenir at the end once you've got your bag back. Booze Cruiser Posted February 2, 2010 Author #9 Share Posted February 2, 2010 Thanks for the tip capasamari. I'm happy to leave bags on bus but a bit twitchy about leaving money, ship boarding card, camera etc. I have purchased the zip bags so I will be able to do both (bags on bus, valuables with me).
