Denton_Geek Posted February 6, 2010 #1 Share Posted February 6, 2010 I noticed my cruise out of New Orleans on 9/11/10 dropped to $399 from the price I put a deposit on last month. So I called the customer service number and she claimed she was not seeing that price. She then directed me how to submit a request for the price guarantee, which I did. My problem is that I thought this was a guarantee, so why do *I* have to go through all these steps to get it? Shouldn't this be an automatic price guarantee? Anyways, I took a screen shot of the booking page to prove the price difference in case they give me a hard time.
firefly333 Posted February 6, 2010 #2 Share Posted February 6, 2010 I see a price of $399 for a 4A, what cabin category did you book?? Maybe you are in a different category cabin and thats the price she is looking at? PTs seem to be sold out, so you cant price match to them either. firefly333 Posted February 6, 2010 #4 Share Posted February 6, 2010 sounds like a gimme, just submit the online form. As to why its not automatic .... Im sure they want to make it difficult so most people miss getting the price drops.
