Paying for Parking

I know typically the cost of parking is covered by the bridal couple (or their parents). How do you arrange this when your guests are driving to port?

 

I feel like it is tacky to surprise my guests with a $19 parking fee when they get to port, and I don't know that any will have cash on them (I know I never do).

 

Are credit cards accepted? Is there something I can work out ahead of time to pay for my guests?
