Breakfast Outside

Does anyone know if there is anywhere on Carnival Freedom where we can have our breakfast outdoors? A couple of years ago, aboard Carnival Fascination, there was a nice spot on the fantail (back) just outside the buffet restaurant with a few table and a great view.

If you exit the buffet towards the aft of the ship there are tables around the adults only pool area. If you can get a table directly at the back you have a few of the wake from your table.

or go farward on the lido deck and more tables to sit at.

My favorite place is on the aft Lido deck either just outside the sliding doors (if it's hot you get a burst of AC when the doors open) or at a table behind the adult hot tubs under the cover looking out at the ocean.

 

But my favorite breakfast place on the ship is in the MDR. It's the only place that I can get Eggs Benedict, plus I don't like to stand in line for my food. I like being waited on. I like to get a table at the very back of the DR so I can see outside.

i couldn't agree with you more....2 years ago, we sailed on the Fascination and my husband and I ate almost all of our meals at the tables you are talking about. 1 day a huge, and I mean really big sea turtle was floating in the ocean and we got to watch him while we were eating...it was pretty cool! Does anyone know if they have outside tables on the Destiny? We are taking the girls on our cruise in May and would love it if they could dine outside as well!!!!

We enjoyed eating breakfast out on the deck. The last time we tried it was windy. My toast blew over board from my tray before we sat down. The coffee was blowing out of my coffee cup. We finished our breakfast inside.

I have this image of a turtle eating your toast. :D If you have a balcony, you can always dine there, but with the two girls, I think that outside on the lido would be fine.
