Snow in New Orleans

Hey yall

New Orleans has a prediction of 5 inches of snow between Friday and Sat.

Better be careful cause it aint no fun here with dat snow and these people who dont know how to drive in it

Well the Saints did win the Super Bowl. Proves anything is possible. But I will believe the snow reports when I wake up tomorrow morning to snow in my front yard.

I'm planning a snow day tommorrow. I will be up at the local elementary school parking lot spinning donuts in the wifes Lexus. :)

I am not a big football fan but my husband said the Saints would win when hell froze over (congrats)- well, here you are. I really do feel for all you down in the states who are getting weather that is normal up here. We are getting your weather and loving it, so ain't giving it up any time soon. Honestly, by this time of the year our snow banks are 6-8 feet and right now we may have a total 1 foot on the ground - very unusual and scary. What is in store for us.

We got 12.5 inches of snow in 24 hours here in Dallas. Broke all previous records over the past 100 years. Good thing I didn't have anywhere I had to be! I got a snow day at home, which I've spent being lazy and packing for our cruise next month.

No it did not snow in New Orleans. It snowed for a couple hours here on the Northshore but it didn't stick. Further north they had a bit that stuck for a little bit but quickly melted.
