How can I find out who our pvp is & his contact info so we can reach him? Its not on any of our confirmation emails.

They are usually the person you booked your 1st cruise with.. but you can call the main Carnival number maybe ask or get a new one;)

How did you book your cruise? Whoever, the person should have identified him/herself as your "Personal Vacation Planner, ______", by name. Not all booking agents w/Carnival are PVPs.
