Does Carnival go to Bannister Island? Still so confused.

I realize that after some things happened they stopped going there, but now I hear they offer a beach break but don't specify where it is. So, does the Carnival excusion go there, and can you do the beach break through Carnival without the snorkling part?

Just checked(again) shore ex's for our 4/25 legend cruise and no beach break listed.

On our Valor cruise in 13 days, they list a Barrier Reef Snorkel at Turneffe with Beach Break that's $69/person.

 

Quite a bit more than doing the Eco tours trip out to Bannister, although you do get complimentary rum punch on the Carnival tour...
