ES Question

If I book a cruise under ES now for October can I use a certificate I purchase in May on the Glory for part of the payment? Are the certificates for new bookings only? I will wait to book if I have to.

The rep I talked to on Conquest said FUTURE cruise certificates are for cruises you book in the future, so I didnt send them in on several I already had booked based on his word.

 

Some here said they had no trouble sending them in and getting credit, especially before final payment.

 

There is nothing in the rules saying one way or another that I know of.

I have a similar situation with a cruise certificate I received for Christmas. Could not use it on an existing reservation, and on this particular cert, could not use it if booked through a travel agent, only thru Carnival direct.
