We found the lemon flavor to be very subtle, and I think this will do it. Use a few strips of lemon zest, add to the heavy cream, heat (till hot but not boiling), let cool, remove the lemon zest, and then incorporate the now-lemon-flavored cream with the white chocolate and unsalted butter to make the ganache.
