I have just received my Cruise Details for our Azura cruise in May.:)

 

Along with the excursions brochure, there are some very interesting details about the Art which will be on display on this voyage. This is a "Tate Talks" voyage and hopefully it will be as interesting as the last one we did on Ventura. We really enjoyed learning more about the Art, and the experts were happy to talk about all artists - and not just artists whose work was for sale on Ventura.

 

One expert spent ages trying to persuade me that Gainsborough was a good artist, but as I have an aversion to this kind of chocolate box art - he was not successful.:D

 

I still dislike anything to do with Gainsborough, but I am looking forward to investigating and discussing more about Art in general when on Azura in May.
