Ah geez, so I got so excited I just purchased a new one online. I like something to pull out in a sec. I just purchased the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS1 . I am super excited as it has AMAZING reviews on close up shots. One thing I know that I want, and hope it has is the ability to capture motion such as splashing water and whatnot.

 

I also that the Olympus underwater whatchimacallit. I love the underwater ability but there is zip for zoom. I mean it does a bit, but nothing int he way that I want. I have also had 2 bulkier Kodak cams that are amaking, but I don't bother to keep them on my person at all times. Too much space in the purse.

 

I am so excited to get the Lumix and take a walk around town to see how it handles.

 

I really need to take some classes, as I love takign photos, and have a good eye, but don't know what the jack I am talking about.

The Lumix? Awesome. Would you care to share some shots? I am excited. You do not have to, of course, but I would really like to see some real folks shots, and not an ad shot.
