FLL to LQ Miami Airport East?

Just checked with SAS and unfortunately they don't service Miami airport hotels, any suggestions for shuttle/limo services that would get us from FLL to the Miami airport area?

 

I checked Alamo ($70) but I would rather not have the hassle of returning it to MIA the next day.

Why spend $39+tip to shuttle to a hotel that typically costs under $100?:confused:

 

Assuming you are flying into FLL and cruising from POM, I suggest that you stay at a hotel near FLL and then use SAS or another shuttle to get to POM the next morning. There's nothing special about LQ East that you can't duplicate for less $ in the FLL area. Unless you are meeting a group there, I'd look into changing plans and staying in Fort Lauderdale. I should have mentioned that we're meeting a group, otherwise I'd stay in the FLL area.

 

For the time being, since the cruise is in 2 weeks, I have a car rental booked with Budget for $50, they have a drop-off location just a few miles from POM and we could take a taxi to the port from there.

 

Thanks for the link Black Forest, I'll check into that. I also found that floridalimo has towncar service to MIA for $72.50 so I'm guessing a dropoff at an airport hotel would be the same so I'm going to check with them as well since the hotel has a free shuttle to the port.

We have SAS booked to pick us up from FLL and take us to that exact LQ on 3/4/10. But we are going to cancel because we got a rental from Enterprise.

I wish I could actually talk to someone at SAS, because we were also told that they won't take us to a Miami Airport Hotel.
