Are children full price?

I was thinking of planning a family cruise, with children and grandchildren. Is there an age when children pay full adult passage? Are there discounted fares for kids?

Carnival does not discount children/infants. A child who is the 3rd passenger in a cabin pays the same fare as an adult 3rd passenger, for example.

Just to make it a little more clear. The first and second person are one rate and the third and forth person are a lower rate. It doesn't matter if they're adults or children. For instance, for a balcony cabin on the Splendor cruise I'm going on for October 3rd 2010, early saver pricing shows 1st and 2nd passengers at $629.00 PP and 3rd and 4th passengers at $239.00 PP. These prices are for all 4 passengers staying in the same cabin. If two were in one cabin and the other two were in a different cabin, all would be paying the $629.00 PP. Hope this clears it up for you. :)
